Specialist Position in Rheumatology (from 40%) (m/f/d)
Role:
In this specialist position for rheumatology, you will work in a modern practice environment with contemporary infrastructure. You will take care of an existing patient base and benefit from a well-established practice organisation. You will be involved in interdisciplinary collaboration and be part of a professional network. You will use the latest technologies, including AI-supported speech recognition for report creation as well as medication robots. Additionally, flexible working and cooperation models are available to you, for example in the context of employment or renting space.
Responsibilities:
- You will take on specialist rheumatological care and treatment of your patients.
- In this role, you will work interdisciplinarily with colleagues from other specialties.
- You will use the modern practice infrastructure including AI-supported speech recognition for efficient report creation.
- As a specialist in rheumatology, you will actively contribute to the development and further advancement of the rheumatological services offered.
- You will organise your consultations independently, in a structured and consistently patient-oriented manner.
- In this role, you will maintain clear, understandable communication with patients and the interprofessional team.
Qualifications:
- You hold a specialist title in rheumatology or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- You meet the requirements for a professional practice permit in Switzerland.
- You work independently, in a structured way, and with a strong patient focus.
- You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration and actively contribute to the team.
- You communicate confidently in German; additional foreign languages are a plus.
