Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Role:
Are you looking for a challenge where you can contribute your ideas and work independently? In this role as a property manager, you take responsibility for your own portfolio and have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally. You are part of a committed team and have the chance to take over the team leadership at a later stage. You will receive thorough training and benefit from attractive employment conditions. You have the freedom to organise your work independently while being part of a collegial team.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage an interesting property portfolio including rental properties and condominium ownerships
- In this role, you prepare rental contracts including related annexes and addenda as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
- As a property manager, you prepare, conduct, and follow up on condominium owners' meetings
- You handle terminations, new rentals, and re-rentals
- In this role, you carry out apartment inspections and handovers, and implement rent adjustments
- You ensure the maintenance of the properties, organise and accompany renovations
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial or equivalent basic education
- You have several years of professional experience in the real estate sector
- You have pleasant manners, a confident appearance, and enjoy taking responsibility
- You are customer-oriented, communicative, and a team player
- You think holistically and act entrepreneurially
- You write and speak German fluently and are proficient in MS Office programmes
