Negotiate prices and conditions with suppliers
Build the purchasing function and continuously develop processes
Analyse, streamline, and strategically expand the existing supplier base
Ensure material availability and delivery dates
Map and standardise purchasing processes in the ERP system
Maintain master data and consolidate data structures
Define key figures and prepare monthly purchasing reports
Handle supplier complaints and follow up on corrective actions
Qualifications:
Commercial or technical apprenticeship with further training in purchasing or supply chain management
At least 3 years of experience in operational and strategic purchasing in industry
Sound knowledge of ERP systems and master data maintenance
Confident handling of numbers and data analysis
Proven experience in process optimisation
Structured, analytical working style
Entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatic implementation in daily business
Fluent German (C2), good English (B2)
