Your responsibilities

• Welcome and assist each customer in a personalised manner.
• Achieve sales targets by applying appropriate sales techniques.
• Offer coordinated outfits tailored to customers’ needs.
• Anticipate expectations to increase the average basket and boost turnover.
• Highlight products, especially new trends, and personalise the customer experience.
• Actively promote the loyalty programme.
• Ensure an attractive presentation of our products and good stock management.
• Participate in commercial operations to support the store’s activity.
• Take part in receiving and storing delivered goods.
• Manage fitting rooms and ensure their proper functioning.
• Perform operations related to the RFID system for article management.
• Respect and apply safety and security rules in the store.
• Be able to carry out ancillary cash register operations.

What you bring

• You are a proactive person, with good interpersonal skills and a true passion for fashion. You are motivated by the idea of contributing to the success of the team and the store.
• You have an excellent sense of customer service and hospitality.
• With experience in sales, ideally in the fashion sector, you master sales techniques, outfit coordination and personalised advice to maximise turnover.
• Curious and dynamic, you seek to work in a stimulating environment that will offer you career development opportunities.
• You have basic knowledge of the fashion and ready-to-wear sector.
• You master merchandising techniques: layout, signage, restocking.
• You are comfortable with digital tools and internal software related to the role.
• You know how to work in a team, showing autonomy and initiative.
