Technical Service Advisor Internal Sales 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Become the heart of our customer service and shape the smooth process in technical service as the central interface between customers, service technicians, and our international network:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and convince with competent answers to technical questions

• You professionally receive fault reports, service requests, inquiries, spare parts orders, and complaints and ensure quick solutions

• You create customised maintenance and repair offers and coordinate the deployments of our service technicians efficiently

• You support our service technician team with your technical know-how and are their reliable partner in the background

• You keep an eye on logistics processes and ensure a smooth workflow

• You maintain regular exchange with the head office in Germany and other branches worldwide and are part of an international network

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic training, ideally with further education in the technical or commercial field

• Basic knowledge or interest in electrical engineering (alternating current, three-phase current)

• Customer orientation, independent and structured way of working

• Resilience and calmness in stressful situations

• Technical understanding in electrical and mechanical engineering

• SAP knowledge is an advantage
