Commissioning, maintenance and upkeep of IT systems
Monitoring, control and troubleshooting of systems
Processing and resolving customer enquiries in the IT area
Analysis of customer needs as well as comprehensive advice and support of customers
Documentation of IT installations and system environments
Taking on administrative tasks and supporting IT projects
Qualifications:
Completed training as a telecommunications technician, IT specialist, electronics technician EFZ or a comparable qualification with appropriate further training in IT
Interest in VoIP, IP networks and modern communication solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions
Efficient, structured and analytical working style with a quick grasp
Native-level German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
