Your Tasks

• You ensure professional and individual care and support of the residents.
• You take on daily responsibility and coordinate the nursing tasks that arise.
• You conduct assessments and needs analyses and ensure timely documentation.
• You create and update individual care plans.
• You document the care process completely and professionally.
• In the absence of the nursing management, you act as their deputy.
• You work interprofessionally and actively participate in handovers, team meetings, and further training.
• With appropriate qualifications and interest, you can additionally take on responsibility in the RAI-HC area.

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent recognition.
• Professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in the RAI-HC area is welcome.
• You work independently, reliably, and responsibly.
• Initiative and active thinking are part of your working style.
• You have a respectful and empathetic attitude towards the residents.
• You gladly share your expertise with team members and trainees.
• Good teamwork and structured work organisation are important to you.
