Senior Real Estate Consultant

In this responsible role, you will look after discerning owners and prospective buyers and actively shape the further development of our location with your market expertise and professional demeanour.

• Personal management of sales mandates in the right Lake Zurich market area
• Support and advice to our clients throughout the entire sales process
• Development and implementation of creative marketing concepts
• Planning and realisation of innovative marketing strategies
• Careful handling of the entire property transfer process in cooperation with authorities and offices
• Maintenance and management of our CRM/agent tools for comprehensive customer care

• Solid real estate expertise and proven, several years of sales experience
• Enthusiasm for collaboration with various teams and internal and external stakeholders
• Empathetic and communicative personality with a confident demeanour
• Enjoyment in contact with people and in expanding a strong network in the real estate industry
• IT affinity as well as confident German language skills in spoken and written form; very good English skills, any additional language is an advantage
• Driving licence category B and willingness for flexible mobility
