Business Application Consultant (Senior)

Your Tasks

• You support the departments in developing requirements and implementing changes in the operational day-to-day business in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), PP (Production Planning) and PS (Project System).
• You are responsible for the use of the SAP Solution Manager as well as the structures used by the business.
• You process requirements and implement programming work in the SAP modules SD, PP and PS.
• You lead and coordinate smaller projects and ensure appropriate results in terms of time, cost and quality.
• You are responsible for the topics in SD, PP and PS during upgrades and rollouts to S/4HANA.
• You monitor and analyse software developments as well as upcoming legal requirements to provide suitable solutions at an early stage.
• You implement changes and adjustments in the SAP system within your area of responsibility.
• You work closely with the other internal consultants to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.

Our Requirements

• Completed university degree, preferably in business informatics, or at least 5 years of professional experience in the SAP environment.
• Senior-level knowledge in one or more of the SAP modules SD, PP or PS. Knowledge in QM, CS or WM is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ABAP and SAP Fiori is an advantage.
• German at native speaker level as well as English skills at least at B2 level. Spanish skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to occasionally work outside regular working hours or at weekends during software rollouts.
• Willingness to travel to other GDELS locations for workshops.
