A motivated and dynamic team awaits you, within which you can put all your skills to use to guarantee and advance SBB passenger traffic. This position is offered as an internal internship or a fixed-term contract for external applications for one year, with the possibility of progression to a permanent contract.

What you can move.

• Ensure optimal allocation of locomotive and shunting personnel for the Passenger fleet through monthly and daily scheduling, taking into account legal and internal regulations such as the CBA, LDT, BAR.
• Proactive search for locomotive and shunting personnel according to operational needs.
• Handle requests and wishes of locomotive and shunting personnel.
• Ensure targeted and specific communication with stakeholders including personnel and managers involved as well as internal and external partners.

What you bring.

• Team spirit, persuasiveness, solution-oriented approach, communication skills, feedback culture, ability to manage conflicts and negotiate.
• Commercial apprenticeship with CFC or other equivalent qualifications.
• Native-level proficiency in one language (German, French) and good knowledge of the second national language (French or German) at B1 level required.
• Good IT skills desired.
