In this position, you support the operational handling of electrical installation projects and gradually take responsibility for your own projects. You coordinate technical and organisational tasks, ensure smooth information flow between the construction site, project management, and suppliers, and contribute to efficient project implementation. With your organisational talent and technical understanding, you continuously develop towards independent project responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Support the project and department management in the organisational and technical handling of electrical installation projects
Independent management and coordination of smaller projects according to personal development level
Creation and preparation of project key figures, evaluations, and project-related documents
Obtaining technical information as well as offers from suppliers and external partners
Preparation of additional offers, billing bases, and project-related documentation
Organisation and coordination of assembly personnel as well as support in deployment planning
Support and guidance of employees and trainees in the operational project environment
Collaboration with internal specialist departments to ensure timely and economical project execution
Support in optimising workflows and administrative processes
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as electrical installer EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ, or comparable technical training
Ideally ongoing or completed further training as electrical project manager installation and safety or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role in the electrical installation environment
Technical understanding of electrical installations as well as experience in project coordination
Strong organisational and communication skills
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Responsible, resilient, and team-oriented personality
High initiative as well as solution-oriented thinking and acting
Fluent German skills
