IT Services Coordination (m/f/d)

Heating systems, cooling solutions, industrial energy systems. With over 1,500 employees and more than 20 locations, our partner is one of the largest manufacturers in the industry.
Role:
In this role, you will take on the coordination and further development of IT services that reliably support efficient, systemic climate and energy solutions. You are responsible for the seamless networking of products, systems, and digital platforms so that users experience a safe and reliable comfortable climate. You keep an eye on heating, cooling, ventilation as well as water and air quality, energy generation, and energy storage, and specifically align the IT services accordingly. You ensure that all IT processes run stably, transparently, and service-oriented, and act as the central contact person for internal stakeholders. With your professional IT know-how, you actively contribute to designing modern climate and energy solutions in a future-oriented and user-friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
- You take over user support and ensure smooth IT operations for all employees.
- In this role, you organise and conduct employee training on IT topics.
- You coordinate the forwarding of complex IT issues to the system administrators at the corporate headquarters.
- As IT Services Coordinator, you integrate new hardware and software, including testing, installation, and configuration.
- You manage fixed-line and mobile telephony and ensure reliable communication.
- In this role, you maintain IT documentation and are responsible for the procurement and management of IT materials.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a media technician, ICT specialist, or computer scientist (specialising in business informatics)
- High sense of responsibility and strong customer orientation
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different tasks and situations
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Initial practical experience in IT support and handling user enquiries
