... harmonise and develop the standards for the SHIP reporting system developed by us.
... plan and manage projects for the further development of process standards through to implementation.
... prioritise various requirements from service providers, insurers and other stakeholders for the standardisation of administrative processes in healthcare.
... work in cross-team projects and contribute to the further development of SHIP processes and applications.
... provide professional support during release approvals as well as sales & service for process-related questions.
Your profile | You…
... have a higher education (business administration, insurance, health economics, business informatics or similar) as well as experience in process management, requirements engineering or professional project management - ideally in the Swiss healthcare or insurance environment.
... can structure, prioritise and translate professional requirements into process models and decision bases.
... bring experience in business analysis and modelling of business processes as well as a good understanding of digital processes, interfaces and data models.
... think analytically, work in a structured and independent manner, and convince through initiative and confident handling of different stakeholders.
