Help us shape an insurance product that does not yet exist in Switzerland. Most product management roles focus on optimising existing products - but not with us. Visana is evolving from a health insurer to a comprehensive multi-sector insurer. We are building new products, new offerings, and new customer experiences - from the initial idea to successful market launch. For this, we are looking for people who are eager to create something new.

Your tasks

You will have the opportunity to

• co-create new insurance products from scratch
• completely rethink existing products
• identify market potentials and develop concrete solutions from them
• translate ideas into business cases and real products
• bring together interdisciplinary teams and achieve results together
• actively shape the development of a completely new business field.

Your profile

The most important thing for us is that you enjoy taking responsibility and driving things forward. Ideally, you also have

• Several years of experience in product management
• A business administration education with insurance-specific training or further education and experience in insurance, financial services, or similar industries
• Enjoy structuring complex issues
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Experience with market analyses, business cases, and customer needs as well as enthusiasm for methods such as design thinking, customer journey mapping, or MVP approaches
• Interest in using AI meaningfully in product management.
