Our desired profile
- Several years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally from the hotel industry, luxury segment, or upscale retail
- Passion for first-class service as well as a strong customer orientation
- Persuasiveness and confident appearance – with style and professionalism
- Completed technical and/or commercial apprenticeship
- High service commitment, flexibility, and initiative
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with demanding customers
- Flawless German skills as well as very good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
