As a Methods and Industrialisation Engineer, your core mission is to ensure that our equipment and processes perfectly meet the quality and volume requirements of our expanding clientele. You lead the production introduction of our new products. You monitor overall production performance by identifying bottlenecks and deploying continuous improvement solutions. On a daily basis, you select or design the necessary tooling and equipment, ensure ergonomics and work safety, and formalise these standards in the form of work instructions.
In close synergy with the R&D team, you ensure the industrialisation of new products while coordinating the optimisation of existing ranges. In short, you will create the optimal manufacturing conditions to sustainably support our growth dynamic.

YOUR TASKS

Industrialisation: Manage the introduction of new products into production, in close collaboration with the R&D teams

Continuous improvement & problem solving: Supervise and improve manufacturing processes

Diagnose production issues (including bottlenecks) and formulate recommendations.

Design and manufacture or purchase tooling

Work with the product development team (R&D) for improvements
-
Documentation & quality: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for production operations, including work instructions and quality control procedures.

Change management: coordinate technical modification requests in interface with each department
YOUR PROFILE

Proven experience in the engineering field:

Manufacturing processes and optimisation

Quality

Product development processes
-
Mastery of mechanical design and CAD (SolidWorks)

Good general understanding of mechanics, electronics, fluidics, optics, materials science and chemistry

Proactivity, analytical mind and critical thinking
