Our rehabilitation units are located at the Locle and Val-de-Ruz sites, offering various types of rehabilitation. Our patients benefit from multidisciplinary and personalised care thanks to a dynamic and specialised team.
Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) at 80%
Your tasks
- Support and independently assist patients in daily life activities according to their needs, habits and values
- Collaborate in data collection, perceive the health potential and resources of patients and relatives, and promote their maintenance
- Respect the care plan and established objectives, as well as safety, efficiency, economy and comfort criteria for individuals
- In collaboration with the nurse, initiate, monitor and close patient data in electronic care records
- Contribute to improving the quality of care
- Maintain order and hygiene in the patients’ environment and manage equipment
- In collaboration with the nurse, and interdisciplinarily, care for stable patients
Your profile
- Holder of a federal certificate as Community Health and Care Assistant or an AFP in Care and Support Assistance (ASA) or an equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of hospital hygiene rules
- Good knowledge of common office software tools
- Experience in rehabilitation is an asset
