Your tasks

• Support and independently assist patients in daily life activities according to their needs, habits and values
• Collaborate in data collection, perceive the health potential and resources of patients and relatives, and promote their maintenance
• Respect the care plan and established objectives, as well as safety, efficiency, economy and comfort criteria for individuals
• In collaboration with the nurse, initiate, monitor and close patient data in electronic care records
• Contribute to improving the quality of care
• Maintain order and hygiene in the patients’ environment and manage equipment
• In collaboration with the nurse, and interdisciplinarily, care for stable patients

Your profile

• Holder of a federal certificate as Community Health and Care Assistant or an AFP in Care and Support Assistance (ASA) or an equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of hospital hygiene rules
• Good knowledge of common office software tools
• Experience in rehabilitation is an asset
