- Analyse, prioritise, and resolve support cases in 1st level support
- Support Windows workstations, Microsoft Office, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions
- Assist and train employees in the use of IT tools
- Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and 2nd level support
- Contribute to the optimisation of IT processes and digital workplaces
- Support smaller IT projects and ongoing developments
- Initial experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, network, or security is an advantage
- Quick comprehension and pragmatic, process-oriented working style
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented personality
- High service orientation and clear communication when dealing with users
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- First point of contact for IT enquiries regarding workplace, users, devices, and applications- Analyse, prioritise, and resolve support cases in 1st level support
- Support Windows workstations, Microsoft Office, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions
- Assist and train employees in the use of IT tools
- Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and 2nd level support
- Contribute to the optimisation of IT processes and digital workplaces
- Support smaller IT projects and ongoing developments
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or ICT specialist EFZ- Initial experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, network, or security is an advantage
- Quick comprehension and pragmatic, process-oriented working style
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented personality
- High service orientation and clear communication when dealing with users
