About the job
You take overall responsibility for both companies and, together with the four department heads, form the management team. You consistently implement the strategy, ensure efficient operational processes, and make sure that our integration measures are delivered with high quality, tailored to needs, and economically.
In collaboration with the board, you shape the strategic direction, actively maintain the network with authorities and partner organizations in the region, and always keep the core mission of labor integration at the center of your actions.
You clearly identify with socio-professional integration and combine strategic foresight with a solid understanding of operational processes. Your business management expertise enables you to reconcile social objectives with entrepreneurial responsibility. As an experienced leader, you stand for a modern understanding of leadership and promote personal responsibility.
You communicate appropriately for the audience, respect other opinions, and move confidently in exchanges with different stakeholders. You have negotiation-level proficiency in German and French. Decisiveness, implementation strength, and a pragmatic attitude characterize your profile.
