Team Leader: Nursing Operations Department

The medical abdomen department consists of the university clinics for visceral surgery and medicine, which include visceral surgery, gastroenterology, hepatology, and transplant surgery. Also part of the medical abdomen department are the university clinics for nephrology, thoracic surgery, and urology.

What to expect

• Personnel and professional leadership of the following teams: bed disposition, OR planning, nursing assistance logistics, and night shift
• Organisation and resource management of the mentioned teams and units
• Ensuring work quality in the areas of ward logistics, bed disposition, and OR planning
• Participation in bed disposition
• Promotion and management of interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration

What you bring

• Diploma in nursing from a university of applied sciences with at least four years of professional experience
• Completed leadership training or willingness to undertake it
• High professional, personal, and social competencies
• Organisational skills, resilience, and enthusiasm for innovation
• Commitment to team-oriented collaboration and targeted promotion of staff
• Strong communication skills and assumption of responsibility
• IT affinity
• Enjoyment in handling materials
