Debt Collection Officer 60-100%

For our client near Uster, we are looking for a professional debt collector for approximately 4 months.

Tasks

• Handling debt collection cases, conducting dunning and debt enforcement procedures
• Creating instalment agreements, terminations, eviction requests, bankruptcy filings and debt enforcement actions
• Contact with courts, debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training
• Experience in debt collection is essential
• Knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) is mandatory
• Knowledge of tenancy law is an advantage
• German at native speaker level
