Role:
In this role as a software developer for application development, you will dive deep into the further development of components, tools, and frameworks of established products. You are responsible for critically questioning existing solutions and improving them purposefully with your ideas and quality awareness. You bring in your experience to drive innovations forward and implement technical developments in a structured manner. You focus on designing robust, maintainable, and efficient software solutions. With your contribution, you play a decisive role in continuously making good things even better.
Responsibilities:
- You develop innovative ideas, create prototypes, and carry them through to market-ready solutions.
- In this role, you programme Java applications and are responsible for their maintenance and further development.
- You continuously optimise existing applications in terms of stability, performance, and quality.
- In this role, you work closely with your team to advance our products both professionally and technically.
- You make our software even more user-friendly by incorporating feedback and translating it into practical functions.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in computer science
- Very good knowledge of Java and interest in modern software development
- Open-minded, visionary personality with high initiative
- Ability to analyse processes from different perspectives
- Openness to new things and enjoyment in constructively questioning existing solutions
