What is my role?

• You take over the professional acceptance of milk concentrate and ensure the smooth loading of the liquid end products

• You control the skimming and pasteurisation of raw materials and provide high-quality liquid semi-finished products

• You ensure the quality of the products through conscientious hygiene and cleaning processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a food technologist or cheesemaker

• Practical professional experience in the food industry is essential

• Ideally, you are already familiar with milk acceptance or have experience in the laboratory

• Flexibility for shift work and occasional weekend assignments

• Good to very good German language skills
