Nurse - Site Manager

Permanent contract at 80-100% (to be agreed)

Start date: to be agreed

Hours: Monday to Friday (no evening, night or weekend work, except occasional interventions mainly by phone)

Working at Domi.Syl means:

• ensuring the smooth running of the facility by applying the care philosophy of the establishment and administrative procedures
• participating in the admission policy and managing client admissions
• ensuring the organisation and application of care in line with the client’s life project
• actively contributing to building a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, respecting everyone’s needs
• collecting and transmitting observations, following up on files, writing reports and participating in networking
• applying medical prescriptions and delegated medical acts
• structuring, supporting and managing a small team (communication, scheduling, evaluations)
• being the point of contact

Your profile:

• bachelor’s degree in nursing or diploma recognised by the Red Cross
• professional experience in adult psychiatry, interest in networking and developing socio-therapeutic activities
• experience in team management
• administrative skills
• knowledge of RAI and DIR IT tools
• energy, motivation and autonomy
• driving licence
