Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the comprehensive care and management of rental properties.
You maintain communication with tenants and external contacts and ensure smooth collaboration with authorities and service providers.
For construction measures, you coordinate maintenance and renovation projects and ensure professional execution.
You keep an eye on rent management and utility billing and support financial planning and reporting tasks.
With your interest in digital solutions, you contribute to the further development of efficient management processes.
Qualifications:
You bring solid practical experience in property management and are familiar with the demands of day-to-day operations.
Your foundation is a commercial apprenticeship, complemented by further training in the real estate sector.
You are characterised by an open, team-oriented, and solution-focused personality.
You are proficient in using digital applications.
You communicate very well in German.
