The Zuchwil Sports Centre offers a diverse range of sports and leisure activities for the whole family 364 days a year. We also host training camps and courses for many sports as well as major events.

To complement our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual to start immediately or by arrangement as:

Head Chef (100%)

Your main tasks:

• Operational and personnel management of the kitchen team
• Planning, organising and ensuring smooth kitchen operations
• Responsibility for the production of meals for our training camps, sports groups, seminars, banquets and restaurant guests
• Menu planning and offer development taking seasonal products into account
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards
• Inventory management, ordering and stock control
• Participation in budget planning, cost monitoring and contract negotiations
• Training and promotion of trainees and staff

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Further training as a head chef or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Several years of professional and leadership experience
• Structured and economical way of working
• Team player with strong leadership qualities
• Resilience, flexibility and a high service orientation
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
