Together with our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Nurse Specialist APN / Nurse Expert APN 60–100%. In this overarching specialist role, you actively shape the further development of nursing and support teams in demanding nursing situations.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Develop nursing concepts and professional standards further, accompany their introduction, and check the sustainable implementation
• Support nursing teams in complex care situations, moderate case discussions, and promote evidence-based practice in everyday nursing
• Plan and organise internal training and work closely with nursing management on the professional development of the organisation

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed a Master’s degree in Nursing Science (MScN) or are undergoing corresponding training
• You bring sound nursing expertise and want to contribute your knowledge in an advisory, developmental, and practical manner
• You convince through a reflective working style, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
