Role:
The company is an established Swiss company with a long tradition and high expertise in its market segment. With a clear focus on quality, reliability, and customer orientation, it offers customised solutions and services for private and business customers and has established itself as a reliable partner in its environment.
Responsibilities:
You manage the entire HR lifecycle from entry to exit, including recruiting depending on the function.
You are responsible for payroll processing as well as year-end payroll tasks.
You advise employees and managers on administrative HR matters.
You participate in HR projects and optionally support in the area of non-life insurance.
You supervise and support apprentices in the commercial sector.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training.
Professional experience in human resources.
Further training as an HR clerk or HR specialist with a federal certificate of competence or willingness to complete this.
Independent, structured, and careful working style.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
