We are pleased to collaborate with a prestigious watchmaking manufacture in the Geneva area.
To meet their needs, we are actively seeking a
Enameller
Your mission:
- Decorate watches and watchmaking parts following the appropriate technique to achieve the desired result as per the infographic and design.
- Master enamelling techniques: monochrome enamel, gradient application, cloisonné enamel as well as grisaille, miniature painting, Geneva enamels and Plique-à-jour.
- Independently ensure ancillary activities necessary for the proper management of production operations.

- Training in Enamelling, CFC or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong artistic sensitivity and interest in other ART trades.
- Comfortable discussing multi-technical ART trade subjects.
- Ability to teach the craft (training and demonstration).
- Open to feedback and able to self-reflect.
- Kind and assertive communication.
- Positive, enthusiastic and willing attitude.
- Autonomy, proactivity and ability to take initiative.
- Passionate individual eager to commit long-term.
