Head Nurse (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Head Nurse (M/F) 80 to 100%.

Your future responsibilities

• You will lead and manage a care team.
• You will ensure the operational and strategic management of units by applying your clinical and managerial expertise.
• You will ensure compliance with work agreements.
• You will lead continuous improvement projects, in line with institutional objectives and quality standards (IQM, SQM, PLAISIR, PLEX, PCI).
• You will work closely with various professional training services to ensure appropriate supervision of teams.
• You will develop an exemplary professional stance, ensuring the quality of care and comprehensive patient management.
• You will participate in the development and implementation of institutional strategies, adapting to sector changes.

Your profile

• You hold a Nursing diploma, supplemented by a CAS and/or DAS in team or medico-social and healthcare organisation management, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of management experience in an organisation.
• You have solid experience in a psychiatric environment.
• You master the management and evaluation tools used in the field (planning, IQM, SQM, PLAISIR, PLEX, PCI).
• You have proven experience in team management and leadership, particularly within the framework of collective labour agreements.
• You have demonstrated strong project management skills.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of financial and budgetary management, especially regarding the application of care allocations.
• You show great flexibility, strong commitment and a proven professional attitude.
• Experience or specialisation in adult psychiatry will also be appreciated.
