Your tasks
- Personnel management of the electrical maintenance and automation team including deployment and absence planning, training and technical guidance
- Technical and plant responsibility for all electrical systems and installations in the company (maintenance, upkeep and troubleshooting)
- Ensuring the procurement and availability of spare parts
- Coordination of in-house electrical installations in cooperation with external suppliers and fitters
- Planning and carrying out recurring inspections in the area of occupational and electrical safety
- Further development and optimisation of machines and systems
- Responsibility for seamless documentation as well as management of orders and feedback in our maintenance programme
Your profile
- Completed basic training in the field of electrical or automation
- Further education in electrical engineering, systems engineering or automation is an advantage
- Leadership experience in a similar role
- Company electrician permit according to NIV Art. 13
- Assertiveness, solution-oriented approach and high resilience
- Strong organisational skills as well as a team-oriented and proactive personality
- Good knowledge of MS Office programmes, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
