On behalf of a major real estate agency in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a:
Experienced Real Estate Accountant 100%
Within a dynamic team, you will ensure the complete accounting management of a real estate portfolio and contribute to the smooth financial operation of the entrusted mandates.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the accounting of buildings and condominiums (PPE)
- Managing receipts and monitoring liquidity
- Preparing charge statements and annual closures
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Monitoring creditors and debtors
- Preparing financial reports
- Close collaboration with property managers, owners and external service providers
- Participating in the continuous improvement of accounting processes
Profile
- Commercial employee CFC, accounting training or equivalent
- Proven experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland
- Excellent mastery of closures and heating and ancillary cost statements
- Good knowledge of common IT tools and real estate software
- Rigorous, organised and autonomous person
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
