Your Tasks
- Accompany and care for patients with diverse, complex internal medicine conditions – together in an interdisciplinary team
- In tandem with a health professional, you stand for independent, patient-oriented and professional nursing care
- You enjoy developing, implementing and evaluating the individual nursing process, as well as forward-looking work planning
- In close cooperation with vocational training, you support our apprentices/students on their educational path
What Distinguishes You
- You have completed training as a nurse specialist HF/FH and are an independent, reflective and persistent person.
- You have already gained experience in the acute sector of a hospital.
- In complex, rapidly changing situations, you remain confident, take responsibility and place great value on high patient orientation.
- You want to be part of our multicultural team and value appreciative and respectful collaboration.
