What awaits you?
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate, approve or reject credit applications within the assigned competencies.
- Ensure the "Back" role in the Front/Back function separation for non-standard private client files.
- Support and advise client advisors in analysing, structuring and processing financing requests.
- Identify, assess and communicate risks related to credit operations, while proposing appropriate solutions.
- Analyse requests for special or exceptional authorisations and coordinate, if necessary, risk transfers with Raiffeisen Switzerland.
- Ensure periodic review of credit commitments and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Participate in the monitoring of Recovery files and support the teams concerned in managing complex situations.
- Contribute to the monitoring of the credit portfolio and control compliance with agreed conditions.
- Close collaboration with Front units and Risk teams.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of credit processes and cross-functional projects related to risk management.
What do you bring?
Proven experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analysing, validating or managing credits for private clients.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage financing and usual guarantees.
- Experience in managing complex situations or Recovery files is an asset.
- Skills in property valuation, an advantage.
- Excellent command of financial analysis and repayment capacity of private clients.
- Very good knowledge of banking regulations and credit risk management principles.
- Ability to assess complex situations and make well-founded and consistent decisions.
- Completed banking training supplemented by higher education (federal certificate, ES diploma, HES or equivalent).
- Specialisation in credit or risk field is an advantage.
- Rigor and sense of responsibility.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Ability to argue and defend a position constructively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
- Solution orientation and sense of priorities.
