What you can achieve.

• You plan and control the daily business in the central warehouse together with your team colleagues and take on the professional leadership of four employees. In doing so, you coordinate the logistics processes, support your team with professional questions, and ensure optimal supply of production and delivery customers.
• As the first point of contact, you support colleagues in internal fault rectification, both system-related and on topics around the automated warehouse infrastructure. For partners, you ensure a high delivery performance and embody a strong customer orientation.
• With pleasure, you support the logistics team in daily work and train employees using process and training documentation.
• You are responsible for the master data quality in SAP and create evaluations and analyses. With this, you prepare the utilisation and capacity forecast, monitor the processes, and prioritise warehouse orders.
• In various logistics projects, you drive the further development of supply chain processes and lead sub-projects in your specialist area.
• Thanks to your commitment, ordered products are delivered in the right quantity and quality on time to the customers and at the right place.

What you bring with you.

• You ensure smooth warehouse operations with your organisational and coordination talent as well as your initiative and professional competence.
• You work independently and reliably in a team and bring a high level of social competence.
• With your communication skills, you work cooperatively with internal and external contacts and embody customer and process orientation as well as a high awareness of safety and quality.
• You are comfortable working with numbers, have advanced user knowledge in ERP systems such as SAP EWM, and work confidently with MS Office.
• You have completed an apprenticeship as a logistics specialist EFZ and have a higher professional qualification as a process or logistics specialist. In addition, you have experience in the professional leadership of employees.
• You bring German language skills at level C1; French skills are an advantage. You also hold a valid forklift licence as well as a category B driving licence.
