IT Application Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You manage and further develop central business applications and actively shape their introduction, optimisation, and sustainable use.
You analyse existing processes, identify improvement potentials, and translate professional requirements into practical system and process solutions.
You investigate disruptions and optimisation needs, prioritise measures, and ensure continuous improvement of the application landscape.
You train and advise users and support them in using systems efficiently and purposefully.
You accompany changes together with departments, HR, and IT and ensure the successful introduction of new processes and ways of working.
Qualifications:
You have training or further education in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field and bring experience in healthcare or a related environment.
You have a strong understanding of business processes and experience in application management or supporting complex specialist applications.
You quickly analyse contexts, critically question existing processes, and develop actionable improvements from them.
You communicate convincingly, moderate confidently, and can clearly convey complex technical or professional matters.
You work independently and solution-oriented, enjoy change processes, and ideally bring experience in change management.
