To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for our Commercial Vehicle Centre Schlieren for a competent and experienced person as Truck Service Advisor 100% (m/f).

Your tasks

Advising and supporting our customers and business partners from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
Preparing cost estimates, recording and processing workshop orders up to invoicing
Handling damage reports, clarifications with insurance companies and experts
Responsible for smooth warranty processing
Initiating appropriate repair measures and monitoring deadlines
Checking the completeness and quality of the work performed
Every two months, a Saturday shift must be worked

Your profile

Completed basic automotive technical training and preferably further training in the commercial field
Initial experience in a similar role
Very good German language skills
Additional foreign languages (English/French/Italian) are an advantage
Strong communication skills, pleasant manners and customer-oriented appearance
High commitment, teamwork and flexibility
Organisational talent, resilience as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking and acting
