ZurichYour Tasks
- You support the management of commercial and residential properties and ensure smooth administrative processing.
- You prepare rental contracts, assist with service charge statements and handle concerns from tenants and users.
- You manage the dunning process and assist with invoice processing as well as obtaining and comparing quotes.
- You organise inspections, handovers, moves and repairs and coordinate the necessary parties.
- You maintain contact with authorities, administrations and other external partners and conduct the corresponding correspondence.
- You support the property management team with organisational and administrative tasks.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or comparable qualification
- Further training as a clerk in property management or comparable further training is an advantage.
- Advanced practical and implementation knowledge in clerical work
- Professional experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, as well as experience with job-specific systems such as Abacus
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working with a strong customer and service orientation

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 70,000 and 85,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
