Your Tasks

Professional support of the client advisors in the Premium Clients team in administrative, technical and organisational matters
Independent preparation and follow-up of client meetings including analysis and maintenance of client data
Efficient, service-oriented and high-quality handling of client enquiries and coordination of orders in close cooperation with the client advisors and the Desk Head
Account and custody account openings as well as monitoring of maturities in compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
Creation of presentations and customised client documentation as well as independent and confident drafting of client correspondence
Support of the Desk Head in projects and active participation in the implementation of sales campaigns and strategic client initiatives
Reception and care of clients in the role of host at the headquarters in Zug
Promotion of knowledge exchange and collaboration within the assistant team as well as co-responsibility for the continuous development of efficient processes and a positive team culture

Our Requirements

Completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role in the financial sector, preferably banking
Proficient IT skills (MS Office etc.) as well as experience with banking systems advantageous
Confident written and oral communication in German and good English skills, additional languages advantageous
Service-oriented personality with a high level of service readiness and personal responsibility
Reliable, well-organised and solution-oriented working style
Trustworthy, discreet personality with a well-groomed appearance
Enjoy working independently and flexibly as well as accompanying complex client relationships
