Senior Claims Officer International Benefits (all)
This is how you shape health
- Professional handling of benefit cases from abroad taking into account legal requirements and internal guidelines
- Close cooperation with the SWICA emergency call centre for emergency situations abroad
- Professional support, induction and training of Junior and Professional claims officers
- Coordination with other social and private insurance carriers
- Correspondence with benefit providers, insured persons and authorities
- Initiating and further developing cost control measures
- Arranging for trusted medical assessments
- Handling customer complaints
- Active role in implementing measures to achieve quality standards
- Participation in projects
What you bring with you
- You have a commercial education and further training in the social insurance sector
- Several years of experience in the benefits area of health or accident insurance are required
- You are the expert in assessing complex benefit cases
- You enjoy working with your colleagues and like to take an active role in a dynamic environment
- Your German skills are very good both spoken and written; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
