100% Site Manager

Your responsibilities

In close collaboration with the project manager, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of works
• Ensuring the monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Ensuring compliance with standards, contractual requirements, and safety regulations
• Organising handovers, monitoring warranty works, and managing the delivery of the project

Your profile

• Training as an architect or ES technician in site management
• At least five years of professional experience in Switzerland in planning and site management
• Proficiency with common IT tools, notably Messerli, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to independently manage construction sites and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality
• Organisational skills, precision, and rigour
• Initiative, dynamism, and decision-making ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication with clients, contractors, and project owners
• A taste for teamwork
