Your impact
As Finance Specialist you bear the overall professional responsibility for financial planning and control and create the basis for sustainable financial decisions.
Among other tasks, you will take on the following:
- Responsibility for budget, financial planning, and financial control
- Preparation of the annual accounts and coordination of closing activities
- Development and analysis of financial key figures, forecasts, as well as liquidity and investment planning to support forward-looking financial management
- Participation in digitalisation as well as analysis and further development of financial processes and control instruments
- Collaboration in projects for the organisational development of the administration
- Cooperation with authorities, commissions, and external stakeholders
- Participation in the expansion of the internal control system (ICS) and risk management
- Close collaboration with the second finance specialist as a strong and reliable team
What you bring
You combine expertise with solution-oriented thinking and appreciate an environment where personal responsibility is lived.
Ideally, you have:
- Commercial or business administration basic training
- Several years of experience in financial planning & control
- Further training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of public finance and accounting according to HRM2 is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- High service orientation as well as strong communication skills
- Interest in modern organisational forms and change processes
