For our client, we are looking for a:
Food & Beverage Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the entire F&B area, including restaurant, bar and catering
- Development and implementation of strategies to optimise guest service and F&B offerings
- Control and monitoring of goods usage as well as ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Leadership, motivation and development of employees in the F&B area
- Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures and events
- Preparation of budget and sales analyses as well as control of operational key figures
- Collaboration with management and other departments to further develop the business
Profile
- Very good German skills (mandatory), additional language skills are an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in F&B management or a comparable position
- High level of entrepreneurial thinking and economic understanding
- Strong leadership qualities and team spirit
- Resilience, flexibility and strong service orientation
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with F&B management systems
