What is my role?

• Management of demanding projects in the field of maintenance and investments with direct responsibility for implementation and success

• Systematic analysis of plant performance and development of optimisation measures to increase efficiency

• Ensuring continuous availability and operational safety of highly complex technical systems

• Conducting negotiations with suppliers and external partners regarding technical specifications and solutions

• Maintenance and updating of technical system documentation in compliance with all relevant plant standards and regulations

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training in electrical engineering or automation

• Advanced technical education as a FH engineer, TS technician or equivalent qualification

• Solid practical experience in managing projects in a technical industrial environment, ideally in the process industry

• Confident handling of programming and parameterisation of control and automation systems

• Open-minded personality with enthusiasm for innovative technologies and continuous development

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external partners

• Independent, structured working style as well as high personal responsibility
