In this role, you will be involved in modern, integrated psychiatric care structures in adult psychiatry. You will help shape a diverse field of activity characterised by close outpatient and inpatient interfaces. You will work interdisciplinarily in a multiprofessional team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the professional and personal development of assistant physicians.
Responsibilities:
- You will independently undertake therapeutic work within the interdisciplinary team of the Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic Langenthal
- In this role, you will treat patients with the full spectrum of mental illnesses
- As a Senior Physician Adult Psychiatry, you will perceive patients holistically in their individual life situations, including their resources and competencies
- You will ensure continuous relationship building and case management, working respectfully with those affected on an equal footing
- In this role, you will cooperate closely with referring agencies and multiprofessional teams
- As a Senior Physician Adult Psychiatry, you will take on tutoring, professionally support assistant physicians, and conduct pharmacological coaching for psychologists
Qualifications:
- You hold a specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or are in advanced training for it
- You enjoy working with a broad spectrum of psychiatric disorders
- You are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration and modern care concepts
- You maintain a respectful, patient-centred, and resource-oriented working style
- You are willing to take responsibility in a committed team
