For our team at the location Buchs (AG) or St. Légier (VD) we are looking for a creative and ambitious AI Application Manager from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement who will take our digital processes to the next level.

Responsibilities

• You ensure the smooth operation of our core applications, coordinate updates and continuously develop them through the targeted use of AI solutions.
• You lead and coordinate projects to integrate AI agents into existing business processes and drive the intelligent automation of workflows.
• You support and implement solutions in the area of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.
• You act as the interface between specialist departments and technical partners, translate requirements into technical specifications and jointly develop practical solutions.
• You ensure compliance with data protection, security and compliance requirements – especially in connection with the use of AI services and LLM APIs.

If your heart beats faster for the above-described area of responsibility and you bring the following skills, you are our ideal candidate:

• You have several years of professional experience in application management, technical product management or a comparable function and have successfully led or supported IT implementation projects.
• You have already gained practical experience with generative AI technologies and are familiar with current developments around LLMs and AI agents. Experience with tools and frameworks such as Claude, MCP server or comparable technologies is an advantage.
• You do not have to be a senior developer but use modern AI development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot to quickly validate ideas and implement initial prototypes.
• You bring experience with SharePoint and are familiar with its configuration and administration. Knowledge of Dynamics 365, especially Business Central, is an advantage.
• You have very good German language skills. Additional language skills in English, French or Italian are an advantage.
• You analyse complex processes, identify optimisation potential and identify areas where AI can create real added value.
• You communicate technical topics clearly, work closely with different stakeholders and inspire users for new technologies.
