Workshop Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)
Role:
As Workshop Manager Electrical Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and organising our workshop. You will ensure efficient operations, optimise workflows, and guarantee the quality of our electrical engineering products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and guiding the workshop team in the field of electrical engineering
- Planning and coordinating workshop orders as well as monitoring timely execution
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in the workshop
- Continuous improvement of work processes and efficiency enhancement
- Point of contact for technical questions and support in problem-solving
Qualifications:
- Completed degree or technical training in electrical engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in electrical engineering as well as leadership experience in a similar environment
- Sound knowledge in maintenance, servicing, and repair of electrical engineering systems
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
