Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a renowned family business in the Bern metropolitan area with around 300 employees and a comprehensive range of property services from a single source, we are looking for an experienced leader for the property management team.
You will take on the personnel and professional leadership of a management team and actively manage residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will benefit from sound market knowledge and a large network in the areas of management, architecture, brokerage and project development.
Responsibilities:
You actively manage residential and commercial properties
You take on the personnel and professional leadership of a management team
You are responsible for re-letting, acceptance and handover of rental properties
You maintain verbal and written communication with owners, tenants, caretakers and authorities
You issue repair orders and coordinate renovation work
Qualifications:
You have experience in managing your own property portfolio
You have a commercial basic education
A further qualification as a property manager with a federal certificate is an advantage
You work independently, responsibly and precisely
You have good IT user skills
