About the job
The La Pouponnière and Abri Foundation aims to work in favour of children and more particularly young children and their families, notably by welcoming them within its nine institutions: five child life centres (CVE), two emergency boarding schools, the mother-child educational reception (AEME), the meeting space service unit (UPER).
To complete our Production Kitchen team in Chailly, we are looking for a:
Production Cook at 80%
Tasks and responsibilities
- Prepare around 600 meals per day as part of a team, under the supervision of kitchen managers, respecting hygiene standards and current quality labels.
- Contribute to the development of eating habits for children and educational staff.
- Assist the dietetic service, rotating with other team members.
- Creatively contribute to culinary events and activities.
- Participate in kitchen logistics activities (stock management, orders, foodstuff control, etc.).
Profile sought
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a cook or equivalent diploma
- Experience in collective catering (production to distribution in cold chain)
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Experience with the Green Fork label, an advantage
- Strong sense of organisation and work anticipation
- Spirit of mutual aid and collaboration
- Good computer skills (Windows Office)
