Production Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysing production costs to ensure cost efficiency and profitability
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for top management
- Identifying improvement potentials in production processes and developing cost reduction strategies
- Collaborating with production managers to optimise financial performance
- Preparing budgets and forecasts for the production department in close cooperation with department heads
- Evaluating and controlling production orders as well as tracking production metrics
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and standards
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in business administration, finance or a similar degree
- Experience in production controlling
- Good knowledge of cost accounting and analysis
- Confident use of SAP and MS Excel, Power BI is an advantage
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Very good German, good English desired
